  2. Okay, so don’t get me wrong, I’m obviously really glad he was caught, but... How is that thing with using his daughter’s Pap smear legal? Did they get her consent? If they had her consent for DNA then why would they use the Pap smear? Again, don’t get me wrong it’s really good he was caught, but I would feel so violated if I found out my medical records and any path specimens/tissue etc had been viewed/used without my consent like that. Why couldn’t they subpoena him for a DNA sample?
