I'm taking an education degree, the academia would have to be completely overturned as their are basically not even the most rudimentary foundational of good schooling (it's to the point were people from other subjects can hardly believe how awful things are, for example they don't have a workable definition of knowledge and it is pretty much totally dominated by communists who have sociology degrees), the quality of teachers is exceptionally low, most were very poorly educated, and are the stupidest from among their peers, they are also overwhelming female and very few of them have or understand children. There are basically no educators with the breathe of knowledge necessary to be good teachers and so that knowledge is in large part lost. Almost everything in the education system is maladaptive, it would be better to start over at this point.
