Spot on, I'd say all ideologies are, what else after all are dogmatic belief structures if not religious. If anything they may be worse as they make their religious pronouncements about reality and therefore unlike traditional religions leave no room for interpretation, evolution or the simple likelihood of being wrong, and in a match up between blatant truth and unhinged dogma it is clear that believers will try and fit any square peg through any round hole irregardless of the human cost or plainfaced absurdity.

It blatantly the case so a lot of people end up coming to similar conclusions separately, whatif's been talking this way about communism since before tik took off.

I'd say ideologies in general are just religions which want to pretend to be secular so that enlightenment fanboys (e.g. Liberals) will fall for them, add on to this ridiculous claims of being 'scientific' and you can't say they've had a shortage of idiots falling for it.

Found the religious adherent.

Communism literally has Rousseau's utopia as it's guiding light, in a very real sense it is the inversion of Christianity, but yeah it's far more with the enlightenment/post-reformation context, early Christians literally would have killed them sooner than debated them (they killed people over far lesser heresies).

Capitalism isn't a belief structures, people can hardly even agree on it's definition half the time. This is why the capitalist classes so often end up adopting belief systems hostile to their own existence, which very often works poorly as they play into the evil that they think capitalism does. The truth is that capitalism is most often just the existence of economics and the solution to it is enslaving everyone instead of paying them, you can certainly see why some capitalists are in favour of ending it, however the claim that such a set of events would free anyone only exists within the dogmatic belief that Rousseau's utopia isn't fundamentally at odds with every aspect of human nature.

Look into the theories of managerial capitalism, what we are seeing is the bureaucratic class taking over and enserfing the common man, the capitalist class is not their friend at all but and opponent to their power, this is why they hate small businesses and entrepreneurs. Corporate government monopolies are the name of the game.

Human nature doesn't change, people are as religious as ever, the focus of belief has just moved on to nonsense like socialism and weird self motivational quotes.

Yeah no, a society which suppresses the productive people should expect to starve, it was only due to totalitarianism that the Russian farmer didn't stop producing food for all but those within his community and leave the cities to starve for not paying him.

It's literally way worse now than it was when he died, the welfare state is a giant ponzi scheme and the economy is a house of cards driven by batshit economic theory. The former elite who felt they had responsibilities got replaced by vampire bureaucrats. Marx was scum and he never did an honest day's work in his life, it's a pity he lived long enough to contribute to human misery.

Marx is a joke among historians and worse among economists, the guy was a retard of the first order.

Those are mutually contradicting terms.
