  1. Huh? The Scouts were founded by a British military commander and meant to give relevant training. Comparing them to cadets is like saying 'the Indian sport of Cricket, which is a bit like rounders' Both are English and the first one is much more identifiably so. I mean the cadets are much better than the scouts, but then cricket is not nearly us fun as rounders either.
