Japanese is not the second hardest language, I can identify the individual words. It sounds like they are talking and not just grunting like animals (anything Turkic), making it up as they go along like I'd pretty sure most of as did when pretending to make up a language as children (whatever the hell the other Asian languages are meant to be) or choking to death on something in the case of the Celtic "languages". Also the sounds would merely be brutally eviscerated by an english speaker rather than being literally incomprehensible and likely only possible to imitate after having a flute shoved down ones throat or in the midst of being tortured with a nut cracker (yes I do mean what you think by that).
