  1. Because most people have little connection to either side, and very often it is a toss up between which they hate more. One side is a horde invading their countries and the other are the same group who is prominent within the elite funding and facilitating it. The suggestion to export all the Palestinians to Europe didn't win Israel any favours at all, the fact is neither side are friends (even if some people are fairly irrational about the level of coordination within the diaspora of a certain group, they are not a hivemind, they just have extreme in-group loyalty, factionlism is rife), it's a matter of who the greater enemy is (which to be honest is probably a fair schizophrenia test, one group of elusive traitors among a wider culture of treason within the elite class or people acting as an invasive force right in front of you).
