  1. 5% increase in violent death. God knows what we are in for in that case. Also the breakdown of globalised food networks at least is imminent and a wider breakdown probable. Personally I can't say that matters are good anyway and even with smooth sailing the current world system is doomed to collapse quite probably within our own lifetimes as it is simply to out of sorts with reality and is seeing a compounding rate of degeneration. I hate to be a prophet of doom but at one can't even really claim the title as the problems are too prominent and numerous and must be ignored with effort (though it should be said effort that our leaders and established institutions are not lacking in). Advice to people reading, stock up on food (majorly if you live in the middle east or africa, enough to last until summer as spring is often the worst time during famines), clear the chimney of your old fireplaces (if you live in the UK then commons are a good source of wood, stocking up on fuel before demand gets even worse is also a good idea) and arm yourself as appropriate to your local laws (Europe especially as if what is likely happens the refugee crisis is about to get hundreds of times worse).
