It's perfectly possible because it also works the other way. It's called Catholic family's. If a couple marry at twenty have 7 children and replicate their values to their children so that the children have the same number for arguments same then that's gen 1: 49 gen 2: 343 gen 4: 2,401 gen 5: 16,807. All that in a little over a century, the important thing is value replication and preservation and that is it's weak point, but not in a general sense, realistically centralised education and cultural genocide are a much bigger threat than any innate value of opposing values as attrition will still be in favour of you on the birth rates front as breakaways pick up the poor birth rates of the outsiders. In my country for instance immigrants continue similar birthing patterns despite the overwhelming culture but their children are got by the schools and uni's and end up as childless and other things as everyone else (worse than China now, a literal halving of each generation).

Yeah that's the point. Having children is multiplying future income, the childless will become a cost once they age so them dying young would be acceptable terms to the state auditors. However banning abortions and contraceptives and as well as forced marriages are likely as the Chinese proceeded to throw state force around to solve the issue in blind panic once reality sets in.

LOU ALEX It’s china, once the gov sets themselves to something the they become so bloodily minded that they start pursuing things to the point of their own detriment. ‘Forget corruption, drugs, people trafficking, we’re going after the condom runners.’ I fully expect there to be as much human suffering in getting out of the problem as there was getting into it (okay, maybe a bit less considering they were literally murdering babies).

We literally have the same problem in the west but worst. I guess China is at fault more thanks to the child murder policy but I mean the results are the same and we are doing less about it (other than importing immigrants who pick up the same values after a generation and then go the same way). The problem is only starting now for the US but Europe are fucked.
