  6. This is already happening in western countries, it is just able to operate with less of a face to it. A lot of human trafficking from eastern Europe is done using these tactics, also the grooming gangs across Europe use many of them, in addition to drugs and violence. Police corruption, pathetic laws and a toxic political culture towards responsibility, as well as problems with media reporting, mean that many of these problems are not addressed and indeed are facilitated.
