Like no it's not the no true Scotsman as their beliefs and practices outright contradict many of the principles and tenants of the faith, most notably the witnesses believe in doomsday prophecies despite the bible directly saying they are baloney, the Mormons believe in a new prophet who was big into marrying multiple underaged girls, plagiarized from the freemasons which he was once a member of and renounced his faith shortly before dying. If they are indeed legitimate variants of Christianity then Islam is on an equal footing with them as a branch of Christianity (hell it's a more legitimate one than Mormonism as it's founder never renounced his faith, and it's not apocalyptic either nor does in encourage people to die rather than undergo critical medical procedures like the witnesses like to do). It's not like there's a shortage of recognised church's either and it's the fanatics from them that are engaging in no Scotsman though theology a science in its own way so there's a pretty sure gap between arguing over doctrine and accusing the pope of being the anti-christ.
