  2.  @sijul6483  I agree. In Europe I think the suicide is unfortunately a conscious one. Though I might as well state that I have no expectation of the permanent collapse of polities in the region but rather the destruction of the current systems and the likely loss (or cementing of the loss) of the historical legacies of most of the continents cultures, peoples, and political entities. Also I wouldn’t be surprised if France (which I say through gritted teeth as an Englishman) was still kicking about during and after that as they seem to be the most active in not drowning.
