  1. Too be fair the behaviour of many westerners even within their own country isn't great, in a country with higher trust and standards like Japan a lot will be guilty. As for non-westerners, let's just say the the exponential increase in every kind and severity of problem within the West as been fuelled by something other than the zoomer generation receiving a useless education. Honestly I'm not sure it's wise to be influenced but any foreigners, but you should avoid letting some in at all costs.

You are getting people from a newly low trust society, who are coming to gawk at a high trust one, let's be honest, most tourists have an entirely superficial interest in the culture, they aren't going to conform to a new set of behaviours for the sake of a few days out of their life, no matter if doing so is easy or hard, they are driven by convenience, not care.

  4. Different type of Asians, it's probably India v Pakistan in action as ever. In American cities it's intercity Americans going after Chinese people in a manner that belongs in South Africa, even the Indians and Pakistanis tend to keep it to brawling, what happens in America is deadly.
