It's not racist if it's true, the mass grooming cases in the UK should give you an indication of how true it is even if the majority of that is Pakistani Muslim with Muslims from other areas being sprinkled in but by no means as widespread. And given that every town which this has happened in (which is suspected to be most towns across the country) have thousands of victims tied to them then the scale of the cultural problem becomes apparent, which is exactly why the authorities have long taken a see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil approach (doesn't hurt that most of the victims are from the lower echelons of society) as they wish to let sleeping dogs lie.
