Ayrian are the common ancestors of many Eurasian populations, the scientific literature usually calls them indo-european, historians generally agree they existed and geneticists have proven it but it is a much maligned theory in other academic schools due to the political associations. Hyperborea is the mythical homeland of those people and a meme, we know where they came from and it's called the pontic-caspian steppe.

Most of them would argue that personality traits are partly genetic (which they are in the same way as how you look is), but most of them are rather less into the esoteric aspects, AA is notably in the other camp, having made statements like this plenty (to understand the further irony read Tom Holland's book on the rise of Islam as it explains the origin of the name Iran\Iranian), ironically people like the neo-pagans are rather more influenced by the traditional Christian conceptions of reality (namely that it is objective and logical) than the true believers, but I guess you should expect that from larpers, even very intellectually developed one's.
