One thing I've thought about since the last video is that it was assumed that the Northern people's were descended from one of Noah's Sons and that the Lord of Host's was argued to have originally been a storm God, thus it is conceivable (especially given what they thought about the origins of a different people) that but applying their weird spiritual genealogy in light of both they thought that Odin was a corruption of the Christian God, or visa versa. Thus leading to the confusing and contradictory statements on the matter.

My question is why they thought was they did about the Slavs despite the notably presence of emigres among their movement and aligned ones from the start and the fact quite plainly related in the books of the time that the two people's were related (extremely closely in fact), as also are several others (Celts on one hand, Ossetians being representative of a different type of ancient people from the common origin on the other). Sorry for being opaque.
