Great, the import of modern western values has already done incalculable damage to Japanese culture and society, now you are attempting to promote sectarian conflict and the breakdown of identities, it is better for Japan to deport all foreigners or to close itself off again than to import ideas which are actively designed to undermine social harmony and destroy the things that the nation holds dear. Such ideas have already wreaked a ruin on western states, is your intention to leave China as the only non-balkanised nation in more than name. The Ainu are largely ethnically Japanese but their culture should be preserved but not given special treatment as the Japanese government is the government of the Japanese people, not small pressure groups. The Koreans are still Koreans in large part and the government has been kind to them in overlooking that they form the backbone of the yakuza and the ones involved with North Korea are fifth columnists who have had a hand in the kidnapping and thus indirect murder of Japanese civilians. Half-Japanese are the only ones who can become real Japanese as they can be brought up within the culture and social environment of the nation, however not all of them do so and if they are truly a part of the society then their views don't matter more than anyone else's. Foreigners and Japanese born foreigners should not expect the society to conform to their whims, if you want to fit in then do so but you are owed nothing.
