Other than the fact that this was very obviously read from a script written by someone else, this is just the reason Russia can't afford to lose the war, and as they are showing they don't intend to. This happening is reliant of the Ukrainians exceeding current capabilities on multiple fronts, it is probably early yet to speculate on such low odds, especially as it will largely rely on a refusal to move over to a merit system in the military on the Russian side. The Ukrainians are in the position of having to retake heavily fortified territory and the Russians of bleeding them for it, the casualties are likely to be asymmetrical and the Russians can fill out the ranks with the poor, sick, elderly and foreign for quite a while before having to draw on productive or politically relevant segments of the population. As such this is pie in the sky as things internationally will not remain static over the years of war we have to look forward to. All this is is the reasoning of why both sides will not back down over the years to come.
