  2. They are organically organised and funded by NGO's no doubt, mob action is incapable of achieving anything if not directed and backed by wider forces. A grassroots protest was what just happened in Britain, an organised one was the massive counter protests by agents of the state, one gets prison, the other gets stilted media coverage.
