Yes they should have warned 'the whole wide world' if they had done that and prevented infected people from traveling abroad we wouldn't be in this pandemic right now.

  33.  @zeebottobeez  That was trying to repair the damage that they did. They didn't just 'encourage' people to stay inside. They locked them up even boarded the entrance and windows in some cases. They did all that 'first' because they had the first infections. Other countries research vaccines, produce masks, have lockdowns, etc. too. While being transparent about infection and death rates. While not prosecuting or locking up doctors and press that tell the truth.
