  2. Well you know, you want to be in a large neutral country. I have a Canadian passport along with two other a-rated passports. Canada is a very neutral country, and they're involved in peacekeeping. To suggest that they wouldn't allow people to leave the country is not completely disclosed in your video. Yes, they insisted that people get vaccinated if they wanted to leave. It's easy to get a vaccination, every corner drug Store will do it. Also coming into the country they had very strict quarantine rules, as did most other countries. And there were applications that one could make to get exemptions on those quarantines which I actually did. If there's a nuclear war, you probably want to be in either a big country which is unaffected and not targeted, or on a South Pacific island there's nobody really cares about.
