  1. Light speed and wavelengths are not constant. The median changers the speed and gravity change the wavelength. We have a lot to learn before we assume it is constant. And I doubt the universe is expanding, just random motion. Light going through cesium vapor goes even faster. The big bang is an illusion.

  2. I have seen light frozen to a stop warmed and resume. And wave lengths can vary sorry Hubble.
