  2. First comes theory then probability then proof and fact. There is to much based on the unproven to have a solid base. To many formulas are just made to fit the observed and mean nothing. The big bang theory being a good example observation and the why is a guess other factors have not been ruled out like gravity. If things are right why did dark matter/energy happen. Instead of realizing flaws they just try to patch it up.
