  17. Cities do not like farms(insane) so they do not add water storeage for them. And think a little fish is more importaint then humans and let fresh water flow to the ocean as if toceans are not rising fast enough, and that causes more ground water pumping and the aqufer ends up in the oceans. And that causes the ground to collapse and get closer to Death Valley. Already past 20 feet in places. Ca was full of wetlands and marshes all drained even affecting the weather.
