That Halloween theme song is part of the magic. Really adds to the horror of these damn movies and gets me startles with perfection.

Don't listen to all these people squawking about the film. While it wasn't stereotypically as scary as it could have been and didn't have a lot of Michael Myers, true, it still told a good story and set up for a nice ending but entirely different spin-off series, featuring the much younger Corey who went away with some of Michael's left over strength he adopted from him. Michael Myers is clearly getting old and elderly 40 years later so his super power strength is naturally becoming weaker. This movie actually set up for a nice spin-off series of the Halloween movies, something brand new, with Corey as the star. I think Corey's evil will live on and Laurie's granddaughter and Corey will take over the series as archnemesis

I think Michael is going to live on through Corey and come back in a sort of spin-off of the Halloween series. Laurie's daughter and Corey are going to take over a spin-off I'll bet. That be interesting. I think it set up for a nice spin -off

This movie was horrendous, horrible and horrific and hardly a horror.

Now that the Undertaker is retired, I would love to see him in Michael Myers movies vs Michael Myers and versus regular people all going after each other. Throw Joker and Chuckie in there too

Michael did the classic sat up that WWE wrestler The Undertaker stole from him. Michael should go after The Undertaker for stealing his move.

What would really be scary if they had Judith come back from the dead in the form of an apparition and that finally puts Michael away. We have some kind of evil spirit demon apparition vs Michael Myers.

Donny died over 20 years ago LOL!!!

The creator was so arrogant that he didn't use continuity between the sequels and only acknowledged his own work which was the very first one. Way to let things get to your head and your arrogance ruin the franchise. While this movie was pretty good, there were sequels that were better like H20.

It kind of was Carpenter's decision. Apparently, a lot of these writers were huge fans of his first movie and presented this script idea to him and Carpenter green-lit it instead of putting a stop to some ass-kissing script. Now the story of Michael Myers makes absolutely zero sense from a timeline standpoint. If they ever want to go into anything further with this character like Batman or Superman, are we to keep giving the character a different tale or what. This was Carpenter's chains to take the reigns and make sense of everything but it's now an even bigger mess. Carpenter had a lot of say so, trust me.

I just saw this movie. It continues the saga of Michael Myers to satisfaction for me. I startle jumped more times than I could count during this movie which was what I was looking for. Michael Myers always did know how to give me the scare of my life. Whereas I would give the first Halloween obviously a 10 out of 10, I would give this movie a very high 8 out of 10. Very good job.

Actually if you look at the back of Michael's hair it legit looks like Trump's
