  1. ​ @Igotitrightagain I'm with you in spirit, however in practice, State laws mandate driver's training and licensing to establish adherence to standardized traffic laws for public safety on common roads and highways. If you look at traffic incidents back when automobiles were introduced, there were really high rates of accidents. If you want to drive around without a license on your own property, no problem. I used to do that when I worked for a guy who owned a 700 acre off the coast of Maine. They had their own semi-improved roads on the island.

  2.  @SeanBZA  Dayum. We had something similar happen near us maybe last year. Guy burned up the breaks, lost control coming down a road and plowed through a bunch of folks. Tooele, UT
