  1. Female employees should be limited to desk duties for this reason and everyone knows it. They aren't capable of even detaining and restraining a skinny little Chicom lady, which jeopardizes other officers and the public, as well as their own lives. As soon as she got notification the suspect was wanted, she should have detained her, but she knew she wasn't strong enough.
