@reggiethecommenter9137 Best thing to do in that situation is go get a refund for your tickets, don't even confront the criminal looking for a fight. Theaters will have to learn the hard way, especially if the guy didn't even pay for his tickets. In this case the judge released the animal on his own recognizance, he beat the trash out of the girlfriend, the police responded for the DV call, and he battered the police. Now he's facing multiple felony charges. You can see his cases on the docket. This guy will never be a positive contribution to society.

He'll either plea out and get probation given how weak the courts there are, or serve 3-5, get out and repeat.

Society will now have to pay more through the legal system, after paying untold expenses for his welfare queen mothers, sisters, grandmothers, great grandmothers, etc., who are all relatively-young. It's all a lose-lose-lose-lose situation for everyone associated with him, even in chance encounters.

@johndegroot3124 It got too far already. When Florida, Georgia, SC, NC, TX, AL, TN, MS, MO, or any county with high % of demographics like him, and you see him sitting in your seat, you simply go get a refund and walk out. It's not worth the altercation.

@Craiglaca1 This is called an anecdote fallacy argument. I live in....wherever, doesn’t matter. I cook with a grill and stove all the time, in a house with electrical wiring. I’ve never had a fire, therefore I don’t need a fire extinguisher. Right? Just because you ignore your own safety and are one of the majority of millions of people who has not been robbed yet, doesn’t mean everyone else should throw their safety to the wind and just hope they don’t become a statistic.

@spartanx169x Assigned seats are a result of online ticketing. People choose the number of tickets they want for their group and where they can sit together. If they show up and someone is in the seats they purchased, then they can be left seatless if they don't get those specific seats.

@npBOgory Look at homicide rates by county map of the US. It isn't partisan or 2A positioned, but demographic. Black females murder at higher rates than white males, for example. Black males and native Americans on tribal lands have the highest murder/homicide rates. The main factor in homicide is actually race, not what State you live in, not any stupid laws, not dominant political parties.
