Poland and Finland are the only 2 main European countries who revitalized their militaries in the 1990s, mainly by purchasing new squadrons of fighters and updating their armor, artillery, and missile defenses. Finland replaced all their MiG-21Fs and SAAB J-35 Drakens with US F-18C/Ds, and Poland replaced their MiG-29s and Sukhois with F-16C/D Block 52s.

  7.  @noahifiv  If you read the Panama Papers, it shows a global network of shadow-banking that the elites use to launder illegal money, from Switzerland to Cyprus, Dubai to Caymans, Panama, Singapore, London. Where there is cash-flow in the billions, someone can be found to cave ethically and morally.

  9.  @morrisse0_0  Bad analogy, because home pricing relative to income was better under Trump than any other Presidency in generations, because energy prices were low and regulations on businesses were put in check, while trade deals that penalized the US were renegotiated on US terms to benefit US employers.
