@SkyRiver1 It’s always interesting to see people’s partisan bias come out by making huge mistakes in the assessment of personalities. Take your characterization of George W. Bush, for example. Here’s a guy who was one of the most intelligent Presidents in history, who is the only President to have flown supersonic fighters that had a track record for killing their pilots with very high mishap rates (F-102A), who probably has read more books than any other President, but many people think is an idiot because they consumed presstitute brothel disinformation from the main spigots. Our dislike for him is immaterial to these facts, but emotions don’t allow you to see through. Stepping up to geopolitics is too far of a leap for such a mindset. The best thing you could do it pick 3 political personalities you absolutely hate, and go stud their lives finding 5 positive aspects of them you didn’t know about. Do it dispassionately, and place yourself in their shoes from cradle to present.
