  1. In the 70s, they were forecasting an ice age. They even sent satellites up to see it called LANDSAT. Most people talking about climatology don't even have a fundamental understanding of the planetary systems in place, the layers of the atmosphere, currents, magnetosphere, and how the earth and sun interact.

  2. @jaytb5815  There isn't a consensus (not how we do scientific studies anyway) on anthropomorphic global warming either. You start to see right a away when you're dealing with religious zealots who throw the scientific method out the window in favor of academic trends. Once you pull ice cores, their theories fall apart quite quickly.
