@michaellotz1811 We've all grown up thinking the DOJ was an American institution, pure as apple pie and baseball. Turns out it isn't even mentioned in the Constitution. Founders created a part-time AG to advise Congress on legal matters. Now we have a 115,000 employee bureaucracy and secret police army with 40 agencies. It was largely a creation of Reconstruction and then the Progressive Era. Congress created the Solicitor General to handle post Civil War lawsuits, and made the AG a full-time position with an Asst AG. Napoleon Bonaparte's grand nephew created the Bureau of Investigation, which was then handed over to a closet phag named J.Edgar Hoover in 1924. 40 secret polices and bureaucracies later, we have the gargantuan DOJ acting as a defense shield for criminals in Government, while attacking and violating the privacy of the people as their #1 focus.

If you are totally clueless about his professional history, then it's best not to make any comments. If any of your "facts" came from corporate media, then you know you're in fantasy land. Prince discusses things that are not allowed on corporate news or in most of academia. One of the things that really alarmed the establishment was when Blackwater started doing humanitarian relief. They did it more efficiently and effectively with resources actually getting to the needy, than any government organization or military operation prior.

@jasonmoran5152 The DOJ and its 40 secret police sub agencies act as a praetorian guard for the criminal elite, while attacking and murdering the innocent in far too many cases. States and local agencies can prosecute criminals just fine, to include inter-State task forces for cross-border cases with multiple jurisdictions.

It was that way for a century, then during Reconstruction, States and other entities were filing lawsuits against the Federal government, so they made the AG a full-time position with an Asst AG, and a Solicitor General to be another US Attorney at the Federal level. The "Justice Dept" then grew and grew with a BOI secret investigative branch, which was then handed over to a compromised pervert named J. Edgar Hoover in 1924. Mafia had photos of him and his husband, Clyde Tolson, engaged in s_d_my, so they blackmailed him into providing cover for them and the politicians they bought for generations. Hoover ruled the BOI, rebranded and expanded its own power with blackmail against members of Congress and Presidents under the new name of FBI. The DOJ continued to grow under this burgeoning administrative state until its current strength of 115,000 employees and 40 sub agencies, all of which exercise 100% unconstitutional powers over their victims on-behalf of organized crime in government.

Jan 6 was a false flag designed to distract from the dozens of Congressmen who were registering official votes of no confidence in the rigged election. They did a superb job of getting everyone to look right at the place where those votes were in the process of being officially recorded, without most people even aware of it. I was watching it on C-Span specifically to see who all placed votes of no confidence.

@rael5469 The cruise missiles had already been developed in the 1950s-1960s, first as decoy missiles. That's the true origin story of the ALCM. Carter had literally nothing to do with it. ALCM was also in development for the B-1A as its primary weapon type in the 3 cavernous internal weapons bays. All of this was in development prior to Carter getting near the WH. The Soviets hated the B-1A, but wanted it for themselves. They launched a very aggressive program to kill the Mach 2 capable B-1A from within DC, but still needed the technical data and material samples for their supersonic bomber copycat program. If you notice, when the B-1A was cancelled, USAF was told they can't have it, but they still had to continue its development. Weird Then the Soviets flew their Tu-160 a few years later. We were on the B-1 Combined Test Force. Your recollection of these programs has zero correlation to reality. Carter and other Senators helped the Soviets in ways that still have impacts on their nuclear triad capabilities today. Carter also Appointed Stansfield Turner as his director of Central intelligence. Turner was recruited by a soviet double agent into the agency decades prior.

@rael5469 US stealth technology was taken from the Germans after the war. The first stealth aircraft we tested was a modified Lockheed P80, followed by a modified U2, then the A-12 Mach 3.3 high altitude reconnaissance jet that became the YF-12, then RS-71A. HAVE BLUE started way before Carter got near the WH. It was a DoD/DARPA initiative after witnessing the Soviet Surface to Air missile proliferation in Vietnam, the Middle East, and front line units in Eastern Europe. Strategic Air Command also suffered significant losses of B-52s over Vietnam to SA-2s and MiG-21s, so they were already invested in a supersonic bomber and low observables. ATB was already underway in a very secret initiative, as SAC had priority over TAC at the time. Giving Carter credit for these developmental programs is partisan naivativity at-best.

@rael5469 I responded yesterday and my post is gone, so here it goes again. Carter had nothing to do with the ALCM development, HAVE BLUE, and ATB was well underway prior to him. SAC had priority over TAC. ALCM came from decoy missiles developed in the 1950s-1960s if you know anything about the history of AGM-86A. It came from SCAD, which came from ADM-20 Quail Decoy. ALCM was always meant for the new B-1A Supersonic bomber, as well as the B-52G/H in the interim until we could replace all the Buffs with B-1As. ALCM AGM-86A was already test-flown in 1976 before Carter was ever in the WH. Carter did not break the Soviet’s back. Presidents generally come and go while specific aerospace programs outlast and span development and operational cycles that predate their Presidencies, and are still around after their deaths. Stealth technology was already being tested in the late 1940s on the P-80 out of Wright Patterson, then the U-2 in the 1950s out at NTTR, and the Mach 3.3 A-12 spy plane for the CIA from 1957-1963 before the YF-12A and SR-71A were born from it. Carter had nothing to do with any of these programs.

@kennethyoung2221 Military pensions are easily sustainable because hardly anyone joins the military, and only a small % of mil personnel stay in. Social Security should end with the Baby Boomer generation. Gen X laughs at the idea that SS will contribute much more than a hill of beans to our monthly income in retirement, especially in this inflationary environment. We'll need Roth IRAs and private business income to keep up with bare bones monthly expenses.

@Andrewcranky The purpose of Federal bureaucracies is waste, fraud, and abuse and jobs programs for non-performers who can't hack the real world. They have no mention in the Constitution, especially the DOJ.

@sallyandjeffengler4283 Those are State issues. The Federal government is oversized, overweight, over-budget, and most of it has no mention or enumerated powers in the Constitution. It keeps growing and demanding more money, while harming the people more in the front and back ends.

@jackoneil3933 Newt Gingrich was one of the only clean Speakers of the House this Nation has ever had, and probably the most brilliant Speaker of the 20th Century. LBJ was brilliant as well, but used his intellect for nefarious and self-serving purposes. He was truly gifted at manipulation by any means to persuade members to change their votes in his favor, even if he had to corner them in the restroom (which he was known for).
