Jona Davies: There are too many Russian republicans in the senate for Biden to get any cooperation to get any of his agenda accomplished. Biden has to cut the head of the snake by prosecuting Donald Trump for acts against the United States. Russia is still disrupting this nation through Trumps post presidency disruptive actions. The charges against Trump need to be broad and include all of the following: 1. Obstruction of Justice of all investigations into his wrong doings. 2. Allowing Russia to interfere in our elections and hack our infrastructure. 3. Lying every day to the American people and rewarding anyone who lies for him with a pardon. 4. Allowing and encouraging people working for him to commit crimes on his behalf. 5. Doing nothing to contain the covid-19 virus in Dec 2019 when he was advised of the seriousness. 6. Did no presidential work in the last three months of his presidency other than cry about losing the election and falsely claiming the big lie that he lost by fraud with no evidence. 7. Instigated an insurrection against the United States democratic process based on the lie that he lost the presidential election to fraud. 8. Assassinated an Iranian general when we are not at war with Iran. Committed a Quid pro quo crime holding approved military funds and weapons unless the president of the Ukraine lies about investigating Biden to help his election chances. 9. Secretly tries to use his bodyguard and others to overthrow the Madura government in Venezuela. 10. Violating the emoluments clause repeatedly and funneled millions of tax money to his properties. 11. Violated the constitution 4 times with executive orders and when challenged were overturned in federal courts. 12. All republicans in congress who allowed all of the above to occur and resisted any investigation should be asked to resign and leave office in the interests of preserving the United States of America.
