  1. McConnell’s legacy, he supported the Reagan revolution for the government to over spend and not pay it back. McConnell became senate leader with a balanced budget and left with the USA 31 trillion in debt. Along the way he kept giving the John birch Koch brothers massive tax cuts and loop holes.
