  2. By level 2 do you mean Cat 2? That was earlier in the development of Helene. When it ramped up to a Cat 3 and then a Cat 4 that was repeatedly across every news outlet. What wasn't recognized was the fact that Helene dumped additional rainfall in the southeast where a previous storm had rained for a couple days. Thus the flooding ended up being worse than anyone expected especially in NC and TN where 3 dams nearly failed.

And we can start by not making negative comments about say the victims of this disaster?! If you can't abide by that then expect repeated push back. Not just from me cuz there are many others who also want to see people work together for a better good for all!! Comprende??
