  16. Hurricane Helene formed in the western Caribbean. I have heard of no HAARP going on there either!! The only place HAARP exists as envisioned by its promoters is in their imaginations.

  17. When a natural disaster occurs that is in a scale much worse than past disasters it is typical for people to be caught off guard because nobody expected it to be as bad as it has turned out! That has happened repeatedly in history!!
