  1. A thumbnail is the first impression of what a video is about and if isn't favorable it will receive equally favorable views just for that. So it is with this thumbnail which uses imo a less than appealing image. The hero label for the US vs zero for Europe is the kind of low grade negative perspective that does not motivate me to even want to see the video. Besides there are many more channels that don't digress into such juvenile marketing attempts to attract viewers.
