The moderator asked the question about the happy medium between opening the country up vs the risk of a second outbreak. This was answered partially in the explanation below the video. Significantly testing and especially the serological testing-this is the test for antibodies to the virus- must ramped up on a broad scale to watch for hot spots. In addition there needs to be rigorous contact tracing to follow any potentially infected individuals. Neither of these points were mentioned at all by John Newman or anyone else on this video. For these reasons I found the answers given by to be quite inadequate.
