This was a good video highlighting the threats that the country faces with a shortage of fresh water and also the changes imposed by the authorities to bring fresh water to the north which will compromise the fresh water to people in the south. The ripple effects from this latest of Chinese mega projects could be far worse for the region as a whole. With global warming continuing to intensify its effects on the world it is difficult to imagine where we be in 50 years. Now in contrast to the informative nature of this video was the incongruous image of what looks like a police force in an American city even though this video is exclusively about China.
