  1. The evidence for how weak the Russian military has become has been vividly clear from the lack of adequate weaponry provided to the forces in the Ukraine war. They also seriously lack weaponry as they have bought weapons from Iran and NK. And they suffer from a serious lack of personnel as they have used violent criminals released from prison, North Korean soldiers.

  3. At no point does this video say that it is not a possibility for Putin to direct the launch of nukes. He does state that it is not likely for various reasons contained in the video.

  5. The Russians under direction from Putin invaded Ukraine in a totally unprovoked attack AND they completed underestimated how resistant the Ukrainian forces would be. That amounts to two signs that Russian acted impulsively and irrationally which is by definition acting dumb.
