  2. Trump was threatening to cut funding to WHO because he needed to blame somebody else. God knows he never takes any responsibility for his own incompetence.

  3.  Darcy  The more important issue is to look at the underlying problems in the society like the wealth disparity, access to health care and so on. Blaming the individual for a problem common through out society demonstrates short sighted thinking especially when you have never seen first hand the reality of what people live with on a daily basis.

  6.  @JOLARS386  Why do I blame the US president? Because he failed more then any other leader in the world in providing any leadership confronting this coronavirus. The US has highest number of infected and dead of any country in the world. Trump was notified back in January of a new virus outbreak in China that could be serious. Other then stopping air travel from China Trump minimised the threat from this virus for the next two months. Then he started blaming everyone else when he hadn't done nuch of anything himself. He didn't issue a nation wide shut down as other countries did. He didn't do anything to facilitate the distribution of PPE around the country. In fact he recently said there was no problem. Trump is a failure as a leader period.
