Unfortunately, no. If you google that question the answer comes up that SCOTUS relies on Congress and the Executive branch to follow its directive. Then consider that like Thom said Trump admires Andrew Jackson who defied the SCOTUS in ordering the Cherokee to be removed to the Oklahoma Territory and they WERE removed!! I keep thinking that at some point Trump will go too far and the republicans will finally turn on him. If this ain't it then what would it take??

@andymonk9505 Those questions will be answered in time. Hopefully! We'll just have to see how it plays out which is anyone's guess.

@macsheadroom3209 The general understanding among a lot of media sources is that Biden did not benefit as Trump claimed he did. This is a Trump tactic attacking Biden with accusations for which he has no evidence. And this is also typical Trump behavior. He feels threatened by the House Impeachment inquiry so he lashes out to try distract from his corrupt behavior. And now Trump is adding to that charge by refusing to cooperate by blocking relevant individuals from testifying. That is Obstruction of Justice!! Trump clearly has a lot to hide in not cooperating with the House in the Impeachment Inquiry.

Ah, yes, I figured a Trump supporter would come on the scene with nothing more then an elaborate way of saying "Move along move along there is nothing to see here". The denial of the criminal complicity in this WH among the Trump followers is downright delusional!!

@Marilyn. And where were you when Trump and the republicans passed a tax bill in Dec 2017 with zero Democrats signing on that gave over ONE TRILLION in permanent tax cuts to the wealthy and temporary tax cuts to the rest of us? How can you be such a gullible fool??
