Many individuals are able to demonstrate balance and use of Twitter to serve as a means to an ends. In other words efficient communication of ideas for example. On the other hand some use Twitter as a impersonal and passive aggressive tool against others. The former president for example would do any of following through twitter: fire staff, issue policy plans, attack others and even submit dozens of tweets in a short time period.
