The double box shaped white building that the reporter shows on her cell is the same one in the background when the reporter is talking to resident who moved out of his house. At about 2:20 is about the best view of that structure. Both it and the one beside it are gone. In fact it looks like that whole hill side has been devastated by the fire. And it's also surreal that the reporter was there through it all!! She must have felt terribly helpless to see the fire burn the hillside over several hours!!

Settle down. This fire storm just happened a few days ago and many remains are charred so it is difficult to determine what are remains and what aren't. It takes time search an area of many hundreds of burned homes.

Looks like some people are still in denial about climate change despite the vast amount of evidence that our climate is warming. You can of course go ahead and think what you want, but the science of climate change beats empty denial every time.

@jeannietimberger2556 If you post a comment on a Youtube video anyone can comment, if you don't like it mute their comment or mine if the mute button works. Mine doesn't. Beyond that you must be new to commenting because one has to become somewhat indifferent or unconcerned what other people say. If you take things too personally that is never a good thing because then you are allowing that other person to control your mood if only briefly. Sorry to be preachy, but not sorry. Have a good day.

@562mjohnson I don't think that news reports like this have anything to do with instilling fear as much as just reporting what is going on and getting to hyperbolic or melodramatic about it. So it is true that the reporters hype stories or over catastrophize, but that is different from trying to instill fear. Reporters are trying to increase listenership which is why they get carried away with hyperbole.

Well like the saying goes two out a three ain't bad. It's true that we can't stop the ocean coming ashore and the continent is moving west. But no the sun is not moving closer to the earth. The earth moves in an ellipse around the sun with a perigee of 91 million miles and an apogee of 94 million miles. The earth is at perigee in the winter and apogee during the summer. The change in the seasons is of course due to the position of earth's axis relative to the sun.

This kind of story brings out all the armchair medical experts who automatically think that vaccine killed the father and that the father would never encourage people to get the vaccine of he survived. What I see is a lot of reactionary people who are already opposed to vaccines who then PROJECT their attitudes onto the circumstances of this story. People die all the time from a variety of reasons and just because this man died soon after the man got his second shot is no indication that his death was because of the vaccine. Like the adage says: Correlation is not necessarily causation. Many times it is just coincidence. 🙄
