  9. @Rick Throughout history ( at least in the last couple million years) the atmospheric CO2 was never above 280 ppm but now it is at 420 ppm and increasing at 2--3 ppm per year making it less likely the earth will cycle into a deep glacial period any time soon.

  12. And when was it that people lived without glaciers before?? And it's not relevant to say the early Homo sapiens or Neanderthals of the last interglacial period 125,000 years ago.
