That's really a stretch at the end to say "if trump wins again". At the risk of underestimating trump ( which I don't see as a risk) he is looking at so many legal tsunamis coming his way it is presumptuous to imagine trump winning in 2024. trump is running scared which is obvious because he lies and misrepresents the past even more than he did before!
