It feels like a full blown madhouse for those of us on the inside as well who are conscientious and trying to not add to the problem. And we've got at least a year to go. smh

Yes but what level of risk is acceptable? Who determines that for a whole country? Allowing this virus to run its course without taking rigorous measures to slow it down is insanity.

Anyone who thinks that they have beaten this virus is most at risk for relapse. Over confidence is always a threat. Besides we've got many months to go yet.

@addiomondo4493 Thank you for your wisdom. I'll bet most Europeans get it, but unfortunately a large percentage of Americans take it as a direct threat on their individual rights to wear a mask not to mention having to behave as if they care about their fellow Americans. We are in for a long road with so many resisting common sense.

@Antoine Johnson. Except those illnesses and accidents did not overwhelm hospitals like covid patients are doing. It's all about perspective. Without that you can distort anything to look the way you want it to. And that is not being truthful, but deceptive!!

@denniswaynepennenga3700 2806 Dior Tan made a perfectly legit analogy. And the reality is that false NEGATIVES are far more common then any false positives. That has to do with timing of the test, did it come soon after a person was exposed before an adequate blood level was reached, was the test done properly and that is just for starters.
