  2. Nobody is talking about rebuilding illegal houses. I sure haven't heard that. What I have heard is talk from Erdogan of rebuilding homes that are no more than three or four stories high. We'll see if they follow through. Right now the aid is all about providing the basics and limiting the outbreak of disease.
