Well that comment by The Commander is sure to open a can of worms. In the first place he says nothing about "anything that can fix it". That "anything" is a pretty short list and every single one has draw backs. The most commonly raised about about sulphur dioxide is as the narrator stated hard to get in large quantities to the upper atmosphere. And there is also various unintended side effects which for the sake of brevity I won't address. And finally there is the reality that SO2 would only stay in the upper atmosphere for a brief time like a year or two before it would filter back into the lower atmosphere. So it would have to be introduced again and again. At what cost and what side effects would we be dealing with? Any other remedies are long term and not helpful over the short term. Nuclear power for one which I found amusing that the narrator spent several minutes railing against opposition to nuclear power. His argument to try and explain why they are so expensive was weak! Oh just blame the antinuke people for all the safety measures taken. Never mind that the massive infrastructure would still have to be built with the complicated technology built into it?!?!🙄
