  3. Why shouldn't they be wearing a mask? Eseentially everyone in China is wearing a mask any more!!

  4.  @Eddie_and_Molly  There is uncertainty if a mask can block a virus if infected a person, but it definately reduces the odds of getting infected. There is also the unsubstantiated claim that a person could get infected through their eyes which is why some wear googles.
