British and Irish tribes kidnapped each other and made slaves regardless of colour. You just want to believe there's a racist trait there but that's. circunstancial. In your book Portuguese, Spanish, Dutch, French were different????

  3. Slaves have been around since the beginning of time, making a few scapegoats of a business that's as old as prostitution is a guilt trip most of us had no part in. We might have been slaves ourselves. We could go back in history and make every nation under the sun guilty of taking part in the slave trade. And given the current mood prevalent in the Uk thanks to the death of a black american guy at the hands of a dodgy cop, I find the vandalising of statues ridiculous.
